This eco-friendly, hybrid engine made its debut in the 2021 line-up, using a combination of gas and electric motor energy to outpace the competition. Equipped with a lithium ion battery with regenerative braking, the Powerboost Full Hybrid V6 delivers 430 horsepower, 570 lb-ft of torque, and a max 12,700 lbs of towing capability. Plus, the max available payload rating of 2,120 pounds proves that you don’t have to sacrifice strength for fuel efficiency!

3.5L Ecoboost V6 Engine
If you’re looking for the most powerful engine for heavy hauls, this F-150 engine option is ideal. It delivers power ratings of 400 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque – as well as a best-in-class available tow rating of 14,000 pounds! The Ecoboost engine utilizes Ford’s port fuel/direct-injection system paired with twin turbo engines to provide rapid acceleration with little lag.

2.7L Ecoboost V6 Engine
This smaller Ecoboost engine doesn’t quite pack as much power, but still produces an impressive 325 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque. In contrast to the 3.5L Ecoboost, it is constructed with a high-strength compacted graphite iron upper block and cylinders. Like other F-150 EcoBoosts, this engine uses PFDI and has two intercooled turbochargers.

5.0L TI-VCT V8 Engine

High-Output 3.5L Ecoboost Engine
